Menu

Breakfast, 7:45.
4 slices of dark rye bread, 1 egg, 1 cup of tea.

Morning break, 10:30.
1 cup of black coffee.

Lunch, 12:15.
10 slices of whole wheat toast, 2 slices of prosciutto ham, 2 spoonful of Nutella, 1 cup of tea.

Afternoon break, 3:30.
1 cup of black coffee.

Supper, 6:00.
A hot meal including a main component (meat, fish or vegetarian alternative), a filling component (potato, rice, pasta or similar) and a vegetable component (vegetables or fresh salad).

Night snack, 10:00.
Home made cookies or cake, or fresh fruit.
